A degraded agricultural site, it was a perfect opportunity for restoration and for us it ticked all the boxes; degraded land, only accessible by foot after a 15 minute walk, a potential eco-corridor, and a water source nearby.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The site&#8217;s is a bare hill with its hillsides partly covered in trees and shrubs. Soil at the flat top of the hill is heavily degraded and has very little top soil left.
